Eligibility: The NoidaBiz Monthly Giveaway is open to college students and individuals aged 18 to 45 years who are legal residents of India. Employees of NoidaBiz and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Registration & Entry: To participate, eligible individuals must register on the NoidaBiz website during the monthly promotional period and pay a ₹250 non-refundable participation fee. After successful registration, participants will receive a unique coupon code via email. Multiple entries from the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification.
Monthly Winners & Prizes: At the end of each promotional month, NoidaBiz will select three (3) winners at random from all eligible entries. The prize structure is as follows:
• First Prize – Gift worth ₹5,000
• Second Prize – Gift worth ₹3,000
• Third Prize – Gift worth ₹2,000
Winners may choose to receive the equivalent cash amount in place of the gift.
Winner Announcement & Verification: Winners will be announced on the last weekend of each month through the NoidaBiz website and official social media platforms. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of the announcement by presenting a valid coupon number and a government-issued photo ID at the NoidaBiz office. Failure to claim within the specified time may result in forfeiture and selection of a new winner.
Publicity Consent: By participating, winners grant NoidaBiz the right to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional or marketing purposes without additional compensation.
Liability: NoidaBiz is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.
Modification or Termination: NoidaBiz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice for any reason deemed necessary.
