Apex TG India is looking for a smart and detail-oriented CRM Executive who can manage client data, handle lead follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
Accurate data entry and record management in CRM software
Maintain and update client information regularly
Follow-up with leads through telecalling
Coordinate with the internal team regarding client requirements
Manage and maintain data using MS Excel
Track and update lead status in the CRM system
Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM / Data Entry / Telecalling
